  7. It's restored my contacts but only the one who I deleted but the one it's gone with formate didn't return so this program retuns only the deleted data not the formated data. I would say it's good but the problem is samsung devices itself there's no any memory ship in all the devices to eeturn the formated data I have been disapointed with samsung it's not a smart phones because the iphone devices have that chip I'm not an iphone fam but I started to like that positive about them.

  12. Galaxy S2 is not needed to rooted. If the phone is upgraded and rewritten , then it may not be able to restored. I am sorry for that.

  17. have this programme and it only could scan photos and videos which were not deleted on my phone. All my contacts and sms were deleted after upgrading software on my s3.
