  1. Hello. I have a rooted verizon samsung galaxy s3 running stock rom and android 4.4.2. I have scoured the web and all the forums trying to find a method that will unlock my bootloader without bricking my phone, and it is my understanding that this is impossible on this particular phone running anything beyond android 4.1.2. Is there any method to unlock the bootloader? I am no longer with verizon. So I couldn't care less about them. My phone is unlocked for other sim cards. And I am rooted. But I want to unlock the bootloader. The reason I want to unlock the bootloader is because I want to install a custom rom and/or custom kernel that will allow me to overclock my cpu. This is my ultimate goal. I understand i can install safestrap, but from my understanding none of the custom roms that work with safestrap allow overclocking the cpu. Can anybody provide any helpful information in that regard? Please understand that I have about 50 hours into this so I kindly request you deeply analyze your advice before replying as to not tell me something which I already stated I know. This would just add to my growing frustration. Thank you.

I want to share something good with the AT&T folks, as some of you might know that AT&T had some issue with their unlocking database, so they shuted it down, after the shut down, most of the unlocking sites are not able to provide the same service as before, however, I still know a site that is able to unlock any AT&T device, the site is  https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/100269578698854973026/100269578698854973026/posts/1Jb7w8NRF6V , you might want to take a look at the site if you have any trouble unlocking your phone

  18. Having some problems flashing the first file in odin (VRALEC.bootchain) I have the phone in download mode however it fails to write the bootchain saying FAIL! (Auth) and on the phone I see SECURE CHECK FAIL: aboot

    I have 4.1.2 aswell, its the straight talk version of the phone but it uses verizon's network

AT&T is one of the biggest telecommunication provider in the states, and I suppose many of you folks want to unlock your AT&T phones, here is the perfect unlocking site for all you AT&T folks, go take a look at this site: attiphoneunlocking, this site has already unlocked four of mine and my friends' phone. It's also one of the few sites that is still able to unlock all the AT&T devices after the AT&T unlocking server shuted down.
