If you forgot your password (PIN, Swipe code) or your Fingerprint is not working and you forgot your back up pin code or if you are selling your phone, or you need a fresh start then you can do a factory reset. This will delete all your data, settings, photos, videos, music, etc. So if you want to keep anything make sure you back it up before you begin your factory reset.   16. how do i access the apps permission overlay on my s7edge?? tried safe mode no good do i soft reset next step??
  17. I was on my phone and it randomly rebooted. I couldn't type my pin in and it would freeze and restart again. Constant Loop.. Was really annoying.. so thank you. I can't waste time taking it to samsung.. really frustrating tho.
