  3. Holy f*k, it's Rob Pike. If you don't know who he is, don't tell me. I'll be angry.

By the way, you do not need overloading and custom ops. Good god, did you never use a language with a non-oo paradigm, like Scheme, or C? I could understand not knowing Scheme, but you have to know C, at least the basics. Do you need custom ops? No, call strcmp, you moron.

  10. Thanks! I love it because it's green and has angry birds on it!! Oh, a different Rob, sorry!
  11. Please Google, make all those videos available in 1080p. You control the production of those videos from A to Z, it needs to be polished and refined if you want to be serious about promoting Go. Excellent video though.
  12. I'm curious why google is so into capitalization (v8's internals, go, etc...) is this to avoid keywords?.. I dont get it, that's a major turnoff really, sounds dumb I know but it looks really bad
  13. I am nerdy, therefore that sounds like fun...
  14. It's an annual event of Google where developers from around the world come together to attend technical sessions. These sessions usually focus on mobile, web and enterprise app development using Google's own technologies. It's also where the lucky participants get various freebies like the latest "Google-made" phones, tablets and other such gadgets. :)
