  4. it doesn't work this way in my case. when i resrart the computer and switch it off while doing it restarts in the usual way after reputting it on. using windows 8 and the live account password doesn't work at all even after resetting it 2 times

  10. while going to local disk (d)the cpu ask me to format the disk? then says I can't format the disk

  13. how do you know which User name to use ? my computer was given to me by my brother who hasn't used it in a while when i typed net user his name is one on the list. i tried it and it is giving me some 3 line message.. not even prompting for password reset like when i typed it for " administrator and Guest" so not working for me.. can you help.. i dont care if i have to wipe all data i jut need it for school
  14. tried everything in video reset password still didnt work could not logg in to user name when i was on not pad so i typed in administrator and it let me reset password but still want work
