  1. I just tried to do this but when I go to click on the lock button again it doesn't work how do I make it work. my Iphone says to  connect to iTunes but iTunes says to unlock the phone and so I cant do either one help pleaseeeeeeee

  9. My iPhone just shut itself off without warning and wouldn't power up till I did the hard reset. Weird since it never did that for years.

  11. A work around if you don't have an itunes account or a computer is going into settings and tapping general and scrolling all the way down to reset. Then tap erase all data and content. It will ask are you sure becuz it will erase everything on your phone. Hit yes (twice) and then the screen will go black and the apple icon will come up with the progress bar. Once the bar is full your phone will come back on and will be like new (like the first day you got it) it will ask you to setup the language and all that good stuff. But know this you will need a Wifi connection for just 1 step of the setup. You won't need an account or anything just a wifi connection that you have access to(meaning you know the password to the wifi network-I used my new iphone 6s as a wifi hotspot to perform the reset on my old iphone 4)
