  4. This is terrific. I did everything in the tutorial on my daughters school computer but still when it asks for a password and I just push enter it is telling me the password is wrong. It is an @outlook.com name etc. This computer was give a new logon by my daughters 11 year old friend but they didnt record the password or recovery email so I cant get back in. What else can I be doing wrong please ? It seems to tell me that it has success and I have reset all the passwords on all 4 users. Thanks for your help, Carla
