  1. I got 65000 copies out of one of these things, thought that was quite good.  If you go to setup and print it, the machine will tell you how many copies its made since it was new. 
  2. I print using fine quality but the letter become shadow have two letter and test using normal quality the letter is ok like original
    How to fix my problem.

  4. Don't perform cleaning always as this will be automatically counted by the printer and disabled or crippled the magenta head. Just re-seat the ink cartridges and print in solid colors whole page if possible. By the way, you should reset also the counter of the printer. Use google on that. :) hope it helps.
  5. Don't frequently shut it down or unplug the cord without proper shutdown. Its much better just let the printer on and sleep/hibernate itself when not in use. Hope it helps.
  6. @Edward Ng: if you had use more than 13 months, please replace your head printer with the new one.

  8. @Ridwan: yes me too with my old DCP-J125, average head lifecycle only about 13 months and Magenta head is the one which always the first get problems! I think this already factory fault, I guess so!!

  10. @mauricio faj I think no need for you to install waste ink tank because its absorber sponge is huge, I think no need to do that

  13. honest speaking, most of the dead head of printer in Brother's printers, happened start from magenta's head. most common ages of using around 13 months. it means that Brother's head printer can be used up to 13 months. no need to clean/rinse/cleaning the head. just buy the new one because the head cost you more than 60% of the all brand new price! it is not worth to buy....
