"""HELP ME"""HTC M8 stuck in recovery mode FINAL FIX: https://youtu.be/Ctz6VvHckeE UPDATE VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8j7f_TvGic there was and update for my phone last night so i decided to download and install it as i went to bed. i woke up the next morning with the phone in recovery mode. the only options it gives me is to reboot, open some reboot manager, upgrade via adb or sd card, format, or power off. i do not want to loose what i have on the phone so i will not reformat it and i have tried to connect to my computer but it wont recognize the phone. the phone constantly restarts its self and i need this fix.

  6. This happened after downloading an update?I wonder what update that one was. I see in your screen you have the CID set to 11111111 so...someone already did something to the phone.
  7. I rooted my phone and reseted it and now I have the problem HELP?
  8. My HTC one M8 has been notified of the update and after updating I tried to install but it keep on going in recovery mode and I have to reboot it, it's unlocked from t mobile, and I'm currently in Jamaica please help if u any of u can.

  13. DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE FROM HERE (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-qTTz5c726vSEo5cWszUldIX2s/view?usp=sharing) AND COPY IT TO YOUR SD CARD, POWER ON THE M8 TO THE BOOTLOADER (VOLUME DOWN AND POWER) AND SELECT HBOOT.

  16. Guys finally I shot it out!!!!

    After the download completed,please import the zip file into a SD card then insert the SD card to the M8 phone.
    Choose "reboot to bootloader" and then HBOOT.....

  18. I have an idea.

    Go into recovery.

    Clear ur cache again
    Wipe data factory reset again
    Switch the phone off and wait 10 minutes.

    Now hold down power button + the volume UP button. Hold it down for 30seconds.It will force your phone to restart. I hope it works for you.
