This is my video tutorial on how to backup and restore apps and data on any android phone or tablet (Galaxy S3, S4, Note 2, Note 3, HTC One & more) You do not need ROOT access to follow this tutorial but having ROOT does help a bit though. Helium (Free) features: Backup and restore to SD card Backup and restore from PC Helium (Premium) features: No ads Automatic Backup schedules Android to Android sync Cloud backup and restore * Dropbox * Box * Google Drive Note: Helium is NOT available to Motorola devices. This is because Motorola phones have a bug that break Android's backup mechanism. Until this is fixed by Motorola, Helium will not work on those Androids. You can download Helium manually here: If you find that Helium *does* work on your Motorola Android, please notify me. Note: Some Sony devices have issues with Helium. This includes the Xperia S and Xperia Z.   3. Rubbish. Backup keeps failing for user apps. Says need to verify and set Desktop Backup Password and I don't have one set. Says make sure it's blank and it is. Complete waste of time.

    I have a problem
    I backed up from nexus 5
    and now I am trying to restore those apps on one plus three
    but the Helium is not able to connect with app on one plus three
    when I directly transferred the folder
    I couldnt get the option of restore
