  11. itunes could not backup because a session could not be started with the iphone
  12. I just backed up my phone and looks like my phone is not working anymore. There shows on my phone screen, an Itunes sign and the cord that should be connected. I cannot do anything anymore. No IOS program, nothing. I try to restore my phone from the "backup" but nothing I can do :( Tomorrow I have to go to the Apple store to see if I can do something because I have no phone now :(
  13. Steve once my iPad is disabled& the same I recovered but everything came as restored but files in my excel is not come back can suggest me what I should do to recover the files in my excel folder which was there before iPad get disabled
