    I have Microsoft phone and accidentally uninstall the viber by mistaken. How can I recover the viber messages. Because very important messages are there.

    I found the missing media content in the folder "ViberDownloads" located in the user's MyDocuments folder.
    %userprofile%\documents\ViberDownloads
    After I copied it everything seems to be present
    :)
  11. It works partially from Windows 8 to Windows 10: properly backs up the conversations but does not load the profile pictures of contacts or media content contained in conversations

  16. Thanks - it helped. But I'd also like to know - how to transfer these messages from PC to my Android phone? When activated Viber on the new phone, it was blank, and when opened the one on the old phone, it changed to blank, too.
