  5. This is NOT recovery, this is FACTORY RESET. Please title your video properly.

  8. My dad's LG G4 suddenly stopped working. Insurance replaced it with a new LG V10 but I have to delete his files on the broken LG G4 before I send it back. I already try the hard reset several time but it doesn't work. The logo will show up for few seconds then will go black. Please help. Thank you!

  10. This is factory reset mode not recovery mode where you can run zips etc. Better wording.

  12. Not helpful at all. I managed to do exactly what was instructed in this video and after the android guy comes on screen for like 2 seconds, the boot loop happen all over again no matter how many times I bring up the recovery screen.

  16. Instead of factory data reset menu I get only a green android fellow with a blue belly who disappears after a few seconds. The phone restarts, nothing happens but the fact that I have to register my email again. Still same errors (ecore has stopped) and no contacts or dial app. Help pls. I'm on LG E460
