  17. I have similar problem with Blu Studio C HD. Cant figure it out. Been able to get to Setting & reset by just writing radom word instead of email, highlighting he word & choosing assit to take me to Google. However anything I do after that is not helping.

  19. I did every single step down to the last one, got to the end steps, hit back up and reset put in my lock pattern, it restarted and everything but put me right back at square one telling me to sign in with the original email. WTF!!
