Anything that will work on an older Android version (4.4 on Alpha), bought a replacement phone from an online user (phone is legit and IMEI is clean) but still linked to previous owner Samsung account, seller promised to clear the phone from his Samsung account but still can´t passed username-password prompt and won´t let me enter my info obviously. The phone is cheap by todays standards but still need this phone. I feel like I got a phone from a person who is not very tech savvy or just didn´t bother to delete his data and did a hard reset. Is there a way the seller could simply unlink the device from his own account on the web without the phone being present and me able to create my own account?
