    ENABLE OEM UNLOCK IN DEV to not let this happen.

    So will at any point it go back on if I have turned it off.
    Could a new ROM change this setting.

  5. I have a note 5. I reset it but the google account i had on it wouldn't work so I tried doing this but when I went into the set up wizard, the update button wasn't there. What can I do now?
  6. so i when i turn off my wifi, then press next it just brings me back to the consent screen ??
  7. I connected to my hotspot and when I go disconnect it...it just brings me back to the previous screen instead of taking me to the date and time screen
