I have a HP computer which has a recovery drive D:\. It's the same hard drive, but will copying C:\ to a new drive include the partition?

I get an error msg using Ghost 15.

will this copy the entire hard drive ie pictures, programs, registry etc etc etc? I have a drive that keeps saying hard-disk drive failure and want to just copy the entire stuff over without having to reinstall everything.
