How do I clone my OS Drive? This is a question I have been asked for a while, so I decided to do a tutorial. Also since trying Acronis True image software I was amazed at how simple and easy it was to clone your OS drive (or any drive for that matter to another drive). I hope you guys enjoy the tutorial. "Just make sure to back up your destination drive and to also make sure your destination drive is at least as large if not bigger than your original drive. Western Digital Acronis Clone Software download link (requires a western digital drive) - http://support.wdc.com/product/downloaddetail.asp?swid=119 Or a free trial if you use another hard drive - http://www.acronis.com/en-us/enterprise/download/backup/microsoft-sql/ Other alternatives include: Marcrium - Very popular - http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx Another one - http://www.todo-backup.com/products/home/free-backup-software.htm ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Check me out on other social media* https://twitter.com/techyescity https://www.facebook.com/techyescity *Donate to show appreciation and help keep TYC sponsor free! http://www.patreon.com/techyescity ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intro Music - Lensko - Circles (NCS Release)

Now I want to revert back and using the same software however, it restarts the cloning process at the "Preparing" step and boots into windows and nothing has changed. Nothing is technically wrong with it I just realized I want my SSD to be storage after the fact. I'd like to do the exact opposite of what I did and it just restarts to windows. Any help is greatly appreciated.
