  19. Eric: Created new user account with password, restarted computer and tried to logon for new user account and result was "The User Profile Service failed the logon" error message. I checked to insure the new user account was listed in mmc.exe Local Users and Groups and also verified with UAC. The account is there. Reading up on this there was mention of copying files to the new user, but how is this done?
