  15. How do you create a password reset CD for windows 10? My laptop has a DVD/CD burner, and I use it. I don't want to create the password reset on a USB thumbdrive, that is a waste. CDs are cheaper.

    Open the Task Manager
    Close the Windows host process (Rundll32)
    Try clicking the "create password disk" link again
