So I came to this vid hoping that i would find out why the software does not allow me to create either usb or disk back ups. the version numbers are wrong, you cant get version 2.0, its on version 9.4.67 now and the radio buttons are grayed out. what gives dell? where is the solution? lots of people complaining about the problem and no solution. thanks a bunch :(
  4. pls help. i put my usb on my computer then i was not able to click the disk or usb flash drive . so i cant press the next buttom. i do not know why but when i start my alienrespawn, it said that recovery partition could not be detect. pls help :)

  7. The you might need to install it. If you go to the technical videos section of the channel you will find a video explaining how to do it.
  8. The process is the exactly as in shown in the video.
  9. Will have to do a full operating system reinstallation and then once everything is installed reinstall AlienRespawn. You can find videos on how to do this at the "Technical videos" section of the Alienware Channel.

  11. Yes, Respawn is basically the same thing. We have a video on how to perform it with Respawn as well
