  2. I am not able to download 64 bit - recovery disk from mediafire. Help me please
  3. this process work till exit command after it not work
  4. my only question is how did you get the recovery disk to be on your desk top? I never saw it mentioned in the video it just appeared?
  5. I thought I followed all of the instructions to the T, but it still hasn't worked. I've changed boot order to boot the USB first, but I get a Blue Screen of Death after the "Windows is loading files..." screen. Any idea where I went wrong?
If it helps any, the laptop I'm attempting to fix has the 0xc000000d error code.
  6. Hi, Mark. Thanks for the video. I just received a used Acer Aspire One with Win7 Starter OS. I want to create a recovery flash drive. (I had trouble running windows updates - ie SP1 - and wanted to have some type of external recovery protection.) I followed your first instructions, typed Diskpart at prompt, and a window popped up "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer? Program name: DiskPart, Verified publisher: Microsoft Windows". I am a little gun shy, here, to click Yes. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
  7. Thanks man this really helped me :)
  8. what is the CD logo which u clicked and extracted it?
  9. My usb is not showing up what do I do
  10. You just saved my computer with important files, thanks a lot man!
  11. The process displayed in the video does not and should not affect your Windows installation if you follow the instructions correctly I can guarantee this. My guess is what probably happened is when you were selecting the disk to work with in diskpart you must have chosen the wrong one. I'm not trying to frustrate you or give you an answer that you don't want to hear but I would never post anything on YouTube that would intentionally harm anyone's computer while following my instructions. If I can help you in any way feel free to send me a private message on YouTube
  12. hey, I followed your process and all seemed to work fine until I unplugged my USB stick to start Windows again and now I'm getting a Windows Boot Manager page saying "an error occured while attempting to read the boot configuration data"
