  2. I get the following error message with the Pro edition:
    Marking system partition...
    Checking disk...
    Writing mark of configuration file...
Writing partition layout and adjustment configuration file...
Writing partition layout adjustment configuration failed.
    ....and then it stops.
Why does this happen? There is plenty of space available on C: drive.

    "AOMEI OneKey Recovery

Sorry, Windows AIK/ADK is not installed on your system, so the program can not create the factory recovery partition. Please download and install Windows AIK/ADK and try again."

This is using various windows 10 machines, and windows 8.1 too.

  19. Hi Brian
I tried to use the One Key Recovery program but I keep getting error " Failed to create ISO" at around 44% progress . Would you happen to know what is wrong ? I have over 300 GB of free space on my C drive so space cannot possibly be the issue . I've also tried disabling my AV just in case there was a conflict between programs .
I have contacted vendor ( via E-mail ) tech support but have had no response .
    Kind Regards
    Noel
