    Iobit 8.1  so goto iobit wbsite download free version of 
    Advanced system care 8 
    it has unlocker built in... (tools)  and a ver powerful Uninstaller program

  7. download Advanced system care 6 then use the shred feature...
  8. what if the folder can't get deleted by unlocker it'll say it has to be rebooted to remove it. :(

  12. Do this: Install Advanced System Care 6 (free) Under Toolbox open (process manager) END PROCESS to the ones your sure your not needing at this time. It's not deleting anything just temp stopping them from running. dont stop process that kill your operating system or you have to start over. Next Under ToolBox Open File Shredder: browse to that folder and shred it. If that doesn't work: its central time zone here if you like we can teamview (remote access) and you can show me we can fix it.
