This guide shows you how to do a cleaning cycle on a Brother DCP-J315W Printer from the printer itself. It is a quick process that can be done directly from your Brother DCP-J315W without the aid of a computer. The cleaning cycle pushes fresh ink into the printhead to try and dislodge any dried black, cyan, magenta and yellow blockages in the print head. We hope you have found this guide useful. 9. This also didn't help to solve my problem. The printer prints all the CMYK color but not complete. I tried cleaning more than 100s of times but the result is same always. What to do now?
  10. head cleaning done so many times but yet magenta print out was not showing right, can give me advise what d reason and what to do with this?. tnx
  11. If the printer is being used regularly it should not really be necessary. The act of printing will keep the printhead fresh. Plus your printer does a quick clean when it is turned on, off or when left idle for a while. As such I would recommend doing these cleans to resolve print quality issues or if the printer has been turned off for a while.
