   I am using attendance time record machine from your brand. I already fixed everything but i cant download from USB to the program. when I copy from the machine and came to paste at program I click on Download after that I click on U disk / SD Card Import then its will shown as get one file. after that i could not find out the file at USB. weather the file is in USB.
   
   If you have any contact number in Thailand please send me.

2. sir i am use finger kipper a6 biomatric machine and i am do not downloaded attandence record in my pc please help me
3. I have a problem.. our problem when we are going to time in or time out the biometric promt "no more space" can you help me?
