  8. How long has it been like this? Have you tried a battery pull? Try connecting it to your PC/Laptop via USB cable to charge. Leave it an hour or so. Make any difference?

  15. Sounds like it wasn't installed correctly. What operating system are you using on your computer? E.G Windows 8,7, Mac?
  16. Hi O2 Team. I am trying to download the Blackberry Smartphone to my computer. I was able to complete all of the steps with no difficulty up to the "Installation Process" after I hit install I waited, and near the end of the installation a small box appeared saying there was an Error in installing something, only option was to hit Okay. It continued the installation and everything went smoothly. However, the BlackBerry Desktop Software did not come up, nor can I find any for of BB on my computer.
  17. ok it says its downloaded now but when I click run as admin nothing happens and I cant see the icon anywhere? but it shows in downloads folder and nothing happens when I click run frm der????? anyone???
  18. it just says 0% of 710_b039_multilanguage.exe downloaded on the bottom after ive clicked run,, and its been like that for ages and hasn't moved or nothing.. why is this happening my downloads are usualy quick and efficient.. it literally gives me three options on the bottom of the page after it has stated so and so percent downloaded..which is still currently at zero percent.. it says pause, cancel or view downloads ...???whats going on I need to sell my blackberry tonight???
