  14. Hey, I downloaded this program a while ago, and it worked perfectly fine for about a week. After a week, the desktop icon just went blank and i wasn't able to open it. I tried to uninstall it, but it was nowhere to be found. I tried re-installing it but it said that the program was already installed. A few days ago, I reset my laptop and now i'm going to install it again. What do you think the problem was??
  15. Am using Lumia 1320 and as mentioned above i downloaded and installed Zune software but am not able to connect the device to it. It is not enabled to make for the connection. I tried to uninstall and install it again bt having the same error. Can u pls help me to make the connection properly.
