follow these steps to get it done 1 go to settings then click on restart 2 while in the process of restarting press and hold key f9 release it when you see the submenu 3 chose the category that you need to perform the master reset. 4 let the notebook do its job this might take several minutes or hours depending on the capacity of your hard drive and files. note: do not turn off the system. you might see your laptop to restart a few time.
