  16. Does factory resetting affect the device version at all? i.e. if I have 5.3.2.1 before resetting, will it still be at 5.3.2.1 after?

    I just got one and the blue tooth keyboard cover great problem I in no way can get the blue tooth to even show up, been at it 2 days. I have no knowledge of how, at one p[point I saw the blue tooth set on now I can not get out of the splash screen its locked and the alexa voice says as I press and nothing happens, so no blue tooth but shows up as what it is,

    I have no idea it was new all was new and seems wrong I am sure its me and a factory re set may do it, problem its stuck on the splash page and it can not be un locked wild,

    any one HELP LOL
