Hi pressed the down button like you first said and now I can't do anything with the phone..it has a blue page saying Downloading, I tried to hold the power button for 20 seconds but nothing is happening.. Any ideas???Also it was my old mans phone and he has just died and we don't know his email or passwords also any ideas for me.Cheers

    Great video thanks. DO you knwo anything about a Samsung "Glitch" that buggers up your phone if you set a PIN password?

    I did this and confirmed it, Entered the same password and It didnt accept it.

    Samsung themselves say that I had to enter the password 14 times to get back to the google account log in. I'm now on 20 times and it locks me out for an hour each time now.

    Is a factory reset the only way back in for me?
  18. hiya - i downloaded the ' samsung bypass google verify.apk' but nothing pops up when I plug the OTG drive in when it gets to the gmail account prompt - I didn't have a sim card in if that matters. help?
