  1. Can somebody help me?! My HTC 10 constantly restarting , I still can access Boot loader, but nothing works from there, any option just leads to restarting again. Sent it to HTC for repair , but they want £503!!!! to repair it. I got full diagnostic, but dont understand a think from there. Not covered by warranty as screen got one crack. What I can do ? Any solutions , maybe something can be done trough cable ? Do you think software reset may work ( that's what my high street repair shop offering , but saying its 50/50 and I still will have to pay even if it wont work). Anybody got similar and found some solution ?

  3. I need your help,, there's a message on the screen "unfortunately the process com.google.process.happy has stopped" and I can't get pass it, I tried your method of resetting the phone but when phone turns back on so is the message. what should
    I do?? my phone is useless right now. it's a HTC 10

    I know this thread is old but I have bought a phone from EBay (HTC 10) and it had this Demo app already installed.
    I did my research and I have found out the following.
    At retail stores, they can activate the app via dialing ##339999##,
    then a warning pops up advising not to install it unless you are a
    seller with the purpose to display the phone or so....
    To deactivate the app itself you need to dial ##336666##, choose
    Factory Reset option and the password should be your Serial Number (S/N)
    of your device, which you can find in settings>about>Phone
    Identity.
    After you do the factory reset you must have WiFi access and log in your
    credentials (google+, google account) as fast as possible otherwise the
    demo.apk installs itself and runs and the thing starts all over again.
    I took me a day to suppress the demo.apk, however I did NOT MANAGE to
    delete it, as it turns out it installs itself on the system directory
    and that's why a hard reset won't wipe it.
    Now basically, I have the Demo app installed on my HTC 10 but as
    long as I don't press it nothing happens but the annoying fact is that
    it is still there and can not be deleted, however I have gained access
    on my phone.

  7. I have an htc 10 and it is stuck on reboot (it loops and never turns on just reloads infinitely). How can it fix this? Should I just take it back to the place it bought it from? Is this an HTC problem and should i switch brands?

  10. hey another great video. i seen twrp 2.72 came out so it has all that keep verity and encrypt flag stuff that the HTC 10 needs. so I no we're getting closer. 😁 I'm going to wait until you come out with a how to root video and I want to do some more reading. besides I don't think there is a whole lot of development (YET). SO I guess there is no real rush to root for me. thanks again, your video's are the best.
