  1. Hey JR, I have an issue I was hoping you could help with. My issue is this:

    I power off my MacBook pro then wait a few seconds. Next I hold the option key down and press the power key. When the screen loads I only see one startup disk and I'm missing the recovery disk I believe.

    Any suggestions?

  14. Hey I have a Mac mini and I just use a basic wireless keyboard I had on my past hp. So with my keyboard right now what keys would I use instead?

  18. I am trying to do a restore on a very old mac mini (possibly 10 years old). When I restart the computer while holding down the option key I only get the HD and not a recovery HD. I also don't have a time machine backup. Is the time machine backup essential? It is what gives me the recover HD?
