Just a quick guide on how to find the external hard drive once you plug it in on your computer on windows 10

  3. slow down i cant even figure out what you clicked on i paused the video and found out but then when i click what you click on my computer screen looks nothing like yours i really hate windows 10 i'm taking this piece of junk back to the store and order a a chromebook and if i still need a hard drive for programs i will just order a used windows 7 computer.

  6. when I right click, the 'chnge the letter name' thingy is greyed out, so is most of the other options except like 'help' and 'delete volume'

  13. Sorry, but your method did not help me solve the problem. I tried to reconnect to the different USB port and different PC yet the problem still accord.

  16. Why doesn't the guide tell you that all youre data will be removed? a few thousand pictures where just deleted from my hdd because i didn't know.

  18. Just watched the video and having trouble doing this, I have windows 10 home. When I go into disk management and find the external hard drive that I want to add a name to and right click not all the options that are available for me to use are available. ie. "change letter and path". I know that I need to be an administer on my system and have done so, yet to no prevail. I even tried turning on the hidden administrator account and tried it trough that account, it didn't work either. help please.
