    This should help everyone. Select your blackberry model, download and install it. Then run the Loader and it should come up with an O.S. to reinstall it :)

  9. do you know how can i fix this problem ? BlackBerry App World it says, "You do not have sufficient wireless coverage or your connection to the wireless network is turned off. and i cant connect to facebook also..What can I do to fix it?
  10. it says app. loader wizard: " the BB desktop software does not have BB device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. contact your wireless service provider"??
  11. my blackberry curve 9320 is not turning on and a red light keeps on flashing.
    i tried this method 
    but every time after is accepts my bb pin ... it ask for my bb pass
    after i fill my pass.. my bb suddenly disconnect and again connects 
    and the set up wizard shows (A connection to the device could not be established. Please ensure that the device is properly connected to the cradle or USB cable, and that the cradle or USB cable is connected securely to your computer. Also ensure that the device has completed any startup operations. Then run the Application Loader Wizard again)

  12. Very good information but incomplete for some of us.  Here is a bit more direction:
    After running the loader - ".Contact your wireless service provider" you need to do the following as I've learned;  http://us.blackberry.com/support/apps-and-software/desktop-and-device-download-sites.html  Then select your wireless provider, then select your device, then it should direct you after filling out whatever else it prompts to download the device software.  I'm still downloading it but after that I believe you can then use the loader to install the device software.  I hope this helps!
