  1. Hello. The prompt window saying Disk Utility stopped verifying "Macintosh HD" asked that you restart your computer using the Command and R key. However, you started yours only using the Option key. Can you please explain why you didn't use the Command & R key instead? i want to repair my disk, but my prompt (like yours) is instructing me to hold down the Command & R key. Please advise. BTW, i have a 15-inch, Mid 2010 MacBook Pro Intel Core i7. Thank you!

  4. fucking macOS Sierra removed the Repair Disk button and now I can either back up my mac to a Time Machine, or pay some money at the Apple store to fix some old MacBook air.

  8. Do a video on checking the drive cable, I think many have this issue. So even though the drive may even be replaced if it is a bad cable, the same issue will show up on a brand new drive(dead giveaway).

Thank you Can you Help i have thunderbolt lasei 8tb Two slot drive the only no sees both drives when i take one drive out and put the other from the no 2 slot i had a backup on it that i delated when it was in recovery mode vmfermwere! and one of the no 2 slot not booting the drive it was woking before this what do i do! can ay one help?
  17. how to know if its the cable. I went to disk utility and ran first aid from bottable usb. the hard drive is recognizable.
