How to fix Can't write to C drive Program Files in Windows 7: 'Error opening file for writing' - installing Application setup. When i am installing the application using the setup file, i encountered an error 'Can't write to C drive program files' or Opening file for writing. How to fix: Locate the Application Folder in the C:\Program Files, Right click the folder and choose properties. From the properties Window go to security tab and assign Write permission for PC Users.

  8. install ccleaner or other software then uninstall or delete hotspot file using these kind of software. then install hotspot it works.
