  7. This is bs does not work. Tried jscreen fix. Have tried this sound plus light "fix." Also tried lightly pressing with a stylus as others recommended. This occurred out of the blue on a brand new laptop.

  11. This video is downright criminal. "It doesn't have enough voltage so apply external energy" - you have no idea what you are talking about @Poster of this video. Even the terminology is wrong - it's not simplified - it's just rubbish talk.
    Furthermore, applying pressure means you force a nearby liquid crystal into the place of the dead pixel, which results in them blending into each other. Viola, you don't see the dead pixel so strongly anymore because now you have more than two sharing the space. If that is what helped you guys, by breaking your panel even more, great. Upvote the video. That sure makes the things he is uttering right, doesn't it ?
