How to Fix Folder Access Denied Require Permission from TrustedInstaller

If you ever try to remove a Windows folder from an old hard drive you might get this error message "You Require permission from TrustedInstaller to make changes to this folder". It took me a few minutes how to figure out how to get past this issue and I happened to take video of the process.
