When downloading, updating or syncing apps to an iDevice on an iPhone 6, apps may occasionally get stuck waiting and never finish installing on the iPhone. My internet is doing fine, however when i download a certain app, it stays as the circle and does not fill up, i have tried restarting it etc. It is not my internet because when i download other apps at the same time, they seem to download and not the app that is not filling up, could i have some help?
  10. I have an iPad with IOS 9 and the OverDrive app is stuck in "waiting" after doing a routine app update. As you said I went to App Store, found the app, and clicked on it. "Open" does nothing. I've tried other things also found on the Internet. Any more ideas?

I got apps that have the circle for downloading but they won't download.. then I have other apps that are downloaded but won't let me use them when I tap them it says waiting or the name of the app. I've reset it done updates and kept on resetting it, even connected it to iTunes and nothing has worked for my iPod. Can you find a way to fix them? Thanks
  12. Thank you, SO MUCH! I was downloading AnimeMaker and it just wouldn't load. My Wi-fi but it was strong. After I reset the Network settings it worked! :D
