Step 2: Tap on "Apps or Application Manager" . Step 3: Go to All tabs. Step 4: Find Phone and Clear Data and Cache of it . Step 5: Restart your phone . Method 2: Step 1: Disable Automatic Time Zone . Step 2: Restart Your Phone . Method 3: Before Doing this Take backup of Your Contacts Step 1: Clear the Cache and Data of the SIM Toolkit. Step 2: Restart Your Phone . Method 4: Before Doing this Take backup of Your Contacts Step 1: Clear the Data of Contacts and Contact Storage and Force Stop them . Step 2: Restart your Phone . Method 5: BackUp Your data and Do a factory Reset .   17. Instructions Works Like a charm.

    I don't know why it was happened after update device 5.0 in to 6.0.
    I've fix this issue right now in my Sony C5 and commenting.
    Overall..
    Just tap on Clear Data of exact app which is stopping and popping again and again.
    Then restart phone.
