You can try this if you get Black / Blue Screen at boot , you are stuck on the bootscreen or when it keeps rebooting.   18. If it's black screen there's 2 choices first it wait patiently first because so then it could load because it slow.second do what this guy did but for me I did option 1 I just waited and it loaded.
