How to fix "Your PC/Device needs to be repaired" error (0xc0000428)

PC was booted from Windows 10 Technical Preview DVD. Displayed error message: Recovery, Your PC/Device needs to be repaired, Digital Signature couldn't be verified (0xc0000428) Solution: When booting the PC from the Windows 10 Technical Preview DVD, enter BIOS and make sure you set the computer's date between 2014 and first part of 2015.

  1. Lets say im not doing it from BIOS. Can i fix it? I have full access to my PC in Windows 7, all access to all files, basically as if there is no errors BUT when i tried to install 10 it gave me that error and i think it fucks up my 7 too.
