  6. Man, I'm trying to fix my Nokia N95-3 RM-160 but i follow the steps one by one and it doesn't work. i would like to know why? Ok, i think the ultimate step is when you press refurbish in the phoenix, you plug the usb cable, the battery and the charger, but when it is supposed to be a sound in my computer, that sound never comes. would you please help me?

    1 PHONE INTO FLASH MODE
    2 CANNOT SET  PHONE INTO FLASH MODE
