It's in chinese... Just enable D2D Recovery in BIOS and Press 'Alt Gr' + F10 to start the recovery process.

    there is a difference from formatting and recovering
    formatting is wiping your entire harddisk
    and recovering is to recover your computer like a hp recovery and all that
