  10. mine is like over frozed and would never want to be reseted like my mom tryed the reset on fastboot but idk if this one will work cuz i think it would do the same
  11. I did all that you but when the phone is wiped n everything n its restarting it keep sticking or freezing up on the blu its not gaving me the option of English or whatever.....so what to do now

  16. Great video but this didn't help me with my phone. After I did, the factory reset, my phone kept rebooting itself several time. I eventually took the battery out to turn it off. HELP!!!

  19. My blu phone has been freezing up non stop for the past few weeks. It will not let me click any apps and even turn it off I have to take the battery out 6-7 times before it let's me do anything and most the time that doesn't even work it only works when it wants to. If I do this reset will it work?? And does it delete everything in my phone?
  20. hi my phone is not going into recovery mode it just reboots and stays on the blu logo.I went to a blu store in my country and they said it was a factory defect why these phone were like this.someone else told me it needs a new rom.Can you please help me thanks.
