Bricked your phone? Phone won't turn on? No need to rush to the Nokia Care Center. There is a way you can start your phone at home itself. Symbian devices come with a low level reset option, but this option should be used with caution. This will wipe all of your data and apps from the phone. Follow the procedure mentioned in this video to get your phone to a working condition once again. After a hard reset, you'll be missing some key system apps, which can be obtained via the Software Update app on the phone. Note - This method is not recommended unless nothing else works. Sometimes, the firmware components wiped by this reset can only be reacquired by a proper re-installation of the firmware.
