What happened was my internet speeds were very sporadic it would be super fast then super slow, I called my provider which was Time Warner and stating the problem, he 1st reset my modem on his end, I guess they need a soft/hard reset couple times a year or more, then I pulled my Ethernet cable directly into my desktop, I then got super fast speeds and maxed out, but then after plugging my Ethernet cable back into my router it slowed down to half speed downloads. So I had to log into my routers settings which I show in the video and messed with my channel settings until I found a channel with super fast speeds.   6. someone help. im on mac and i found out my nimber. search it up and it asks me for a password and username but i dont see it on the bottom of my router and i cant see the website so i cant make one. im absolutely horrible with computers so plz help

  9. I cannot thank u enough. Been with Direcway since 2002 every new modem they send me they can't figure out how to get my Netflix to work correctly. I have a dlink router & followed your video and hallelujah working perfectly again. You are awesome. Very easy to understand & u saved me so much more frustration & money! They told me to buy a new router for about 200 bucks, or upgrade to Gen 5 system which I don't need. Again, much appreciated.

  14. For some strange reason, I seem to get faster connection when I hook up to my smart phone with its wifi on. Dunno why but it seems even better than using my Ethernet.

  19. Only 2 upload? Almost every home in my country is over 12 in upload
  20. Thank you sir, your advice did work, switched from auto to channel 11 an improved from 3.54mps to 18.68
    Did another test an it dropped so I changed to channel 1 got worse to 5.72
    Tried channel 2 an got 6.6mps
    Then channel 3 an I got 25.80 back to back tests, so Im happy with that speed for what I pay with AT&T
