How to INSTALL a CUSTOM ROM + ROM Manager

http://www.youtube.com/techandme = check out my channel (2 shows/week) This video shows how to install a custom Rom Using both Rom Manager and Just using Recovery Mode Using Rom Manager: 1. Backup your Launcher Settings 2. Backup your Apps And App settings with Titanium Backup 3. Flash Clockworkmod Recovery using Rom Manager 4. Download the Rom 5. Install Rom Using Rom manager Be patient .. Give your phone around 10 minutes to 15 minutes to load everything for the first time.. then go to android market and login.. then download titanium back up pro and choose restore missing apps with data.. For Using Recovery Mode. Download custom Rom using Rom manager (it will be in folder clockworkmod) Have the Custom ROM on your SD card (know where it is) Using Rom Manager Reboot into Recovery Wipe Cache Wipe Dalvic Cache Wipe Data Factory Reset Install zip from sd card Choose zip from SD card choose the zip file (Custom rom file) then go back using volume rocker and power button to select and Wipe Cache and Dalvic Cache once more time (to avoid any force close) then Reboot phone now.. Be patient .. Give your phone around 10 minutes to 15 minutes to load everything for the first time.. then go to android market and login.. then download titanium back up pro and choose restore missing apps with data..   13. Do you, (or anyone you know) know how to sign custom ROMs so they can be installed with official recovery? I am currently STUCK in a Chinese ROM with NO ability AT ALL to ROOT or install a custom recovery!

    I found a guide here, but it's too complicated for my level of understanding!

  18. Hello, I tried your version and have terribly failed. Since I didn't have the clockworkrecovery, I had to download it through RomManager and says "sory!unitl clockworkmod recovery is availabe, rom manager will not work with l9199s eight core" what can I do for my android phone?
