How to Install Android 5.1.1 Lollipop on Samsung Galaxy S2 [Same steps for all devices] If you need download link for any other devices then please comment! Download Links: gapps package: http://bit.ly/1iEclri 5.1.1 for Galaxy S2: http://bit.ly/1sRfec4 How to Root your phone: https://youtu.be/Kb5Sv0iB_O0 How to Flash Lollipop based Kernel/Recovery: https://youtu.be/TIXjeJlvzds Step by Step Procedure: 1) Make sure your model number is GT-I9100. 2) Your phone must be rooted with a CWM or TWRP recovery installed. I have added the link to that video. 3) Then Download the files given in the starting of the description and transfer it to your phone or SD card. 4) Then press Power+Home+Volume Up button together until you start the recovery. 5) Select wipe date/factory reset, use your volume buttons to navigate and power button to choose. 6) And then hit yes after it is done. 7) Select wipe cache partition. 8) Go to advance and wipe dalvik cache. 9) Go to mounts and storage, hit format system and format preload. 10) Select install zip and search the ROM you previously downloaded and flash it by the way I showed in the video. It might take upto 5-10 minutes so be patient. 11) After that is done flash the gapps package you downloaded and flash it by the same process. 12) Reboot system and hit on yes. 13) If fix root appears then hit on yes, fix root. 14) The first boot will again take some time so be patient. 15) Then your apps will be optimized, remember patience is the key! 16) And then after that is done setup your language, enter your email and other details to complete the setup procedure. 17) And that's it!
